Return Policy
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging, with all tags attached.
We do not accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
Refunds do not include original shipping costs.
Exchanges are not currently offered. If you'd like a different size or color, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or you believe there is a fault, please email a clear photo of the issue to support@thatsliving.ca. One of our team members will review the situation and assist you further.
Additional Information
Please allow up to 5 business days after your return is delivered for us to process your refund.
You will be notified via email once your return has been inspected and approved.
Refunds typically take 3–10 business days to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or card issuer.

How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please contact us at support@thatsliving.ca with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. Our team will email you a prepaid return shipping label that you can print and attach to your package.
Once we receive the returned item(s) at our facility, a member of our team will inspect them for any issues or damage. If the item(s) meet our return criteria, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your return is completed.
